Excellence in Real Estate

Understand the process.

Buying real estate is a complex matter and can be especially confusing for the first-time homebuyer or homeseller. Do yourself a favor and learn as much about the process as you can before you begin. There are plenty of resources on the Internet, and most real estate offices will have pamphlets to explain things in plain language.  Call Marty at 715-831-1488 for any questions you may have about the process of buying or selling.

What is a CRS

A CRS member is someone who has taken the required training and education electives to earn the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS).  Less than 10% of the active Realtors carry this designation.  It reflects a professional agent who has the training to bring you the best possible information when it comes time to buy or sell real estate.  Martin R. Tauger received  the CRS Designation in 1997 and is committed to education opportunites that provide an advantage to his clients.
